How do I set my property live?

After you have registered your property, you have to update "To Do List" in Dashboard and click "Publish Button". Then we will review your information and publish your property and we will send an email regarding approval.

Is this payment process like a contract?

No. you have to pay as you get our service. If you want to continue after the free trial period, go to the My Billing page and top up your account with the amount of your preferred.

Can I have an invoice for my billing?

Yes. you'll recieve an invoice to your email at the time of billing in every month with charge success / failure email notification.

Can we do bookings in different currencies?

Yes. You can use your preferable currency for a booking.

Can I modify or cancel a booking?

Yes. Please login to your admin dashboard, go to Manage Reservation > More actions in selected booking, there you'll see the options to Modify / Cancel.

At any time you can change your profile details.
Login to your admin dashboard, go to My Profile > Profile Details tab, there you'll see the option to change the password.

Click on the "Forgot pwd?" link in the login page. Need to enter your account email and submit. Then you'll recieve an email with reset password link.
